The Negroni is one of the drinks sometimes called ‘equinox cocktails’ or equal-part cocktails, as it calls for the same measures of gin, red vermouth and Campari. 

Gin adds the alcoholic strength and the loveliest herbal aromatics, vermouth brings a silky mouthfeel and sweetness to the table, and Campari pitches in with balancing bitterness. 

These three fantastic ingredients served on the rocks become one of the most popular cocktails of all time. The perfect apéritif, but also a superb after-dinner drink. The Negroni is hard not to love.
